DZJ series dipping machine is a special equipment for wax mold dipping in investment casting industry. The machine is small in size, simple in structure and easy to maintain. The slurry bucket is rotated and the L-shaped paddle plate is fixed, so that the mixing is fast and uniform, with low noise. The dipping operation is convenient, safe and reliable.

Organization instructions

1. The inner slurry barrel of the machine is made of stainless steel, which greatly reduces the adverse effects of the material on the slurry. It can be used after passing the leakage test. The ellipticity of the pulp bucket is less than 5 mm. The outer layer adopts the orifice plate as the safety shield, which not only plays a safety protection role, but also does not affect the heat dissipation of the whole equipment.

Electrical control

The electrical control adopts the comprehensive safety protection of the motor, which is simple and reliable to operate and more convenient to maintain. (Note: The internal current adjustment knob must be adjusted according to the requirements of the common rate in the meridional direction, before it can play a protective role)

Equipment use and maintenance

1. It should be ensured that the pulp bucket is concentric with the axis of rotation, and the offset of the pulp bucket can be adjusted through the adjustment screw on the rotating disc.
2. Check and adjust the side clearance and bottom clearance between the L-shaped paddle board and the slurry bucket, and there must be no scratches between the two.
3. Press the green or red button (green start, red stop) on the starter, and observe whether the direction of rotation of the pulp bucket is correct. (Should be clockwise rotation)
4. Pour the slurry into the barrel, the height of the slurry surface should be 3 to 5 cm from the upper edge of the barrel. It should be kept running during slurry preparation to prevent the slurry from sinking and damaging the L-shaped stirring plate during startup.
Please check the tightness of the belt once a week and make adjustments to avoid belt wear and slippage.
5. It is recommended to use 00# semi-fluid butter as the lubricating oil for the reducer of this machine.

6. When using a new machine (or replacement parts for a reducer) for the first time, replace the oil with a new one after 7 to 14 days of operation. In the subsequent use process, check the quality of the oil regularly. For impurities, decomposition, aging and deterioration The oil must be replaced at any time. Under normal circumstances, it must be checked and replaced every 4 to 8 months.
